A project imagined and carried out as a balance between comfort of life, conviviality, intimacy and sustainability. A project labeled “Mediterranean Sustainable Building gold level”, for its social and technical innovation.
The project is a traduction of some initial ambitions : Providing comfortable accommodations, providing generous meeting spaces, encouraging people to live and share. The numerous collective spaces create a link between the inhabitants. «Better living together» is expressed through these friendly places, real extensions of housing that give the residence a more human dimension.
Un projet imaginé et réalisé comme un équilibre entre confort de vie, convivialité, intimité et pérennité. Un projet labellisé “Bâtiment Durable Méditerranéen niveau or”, pour son innovation sociale et technique.
Le projet est une traduction des ambitions initiales : Proposer des logements confortables, offrir des espaces de rencontre généreux, donner l’envie d’habiter et de partager. Les nombreux espaces collectifs viennent créer du lien entre les habitants. Le « mieux vivre ensemble” s’exprime à travers ces lieux de convivialité, véritables prolongements des logements qui confèrent à la résidence, une dimension plus humaine.
