The project for the reconstruction of the Bivouac Fanton is based on the perception and amplification of the landscape, in particular on the relationship that is established between man and the mountain. This architecture is conceived as a telescope capable of framing space, creating a system of connection between body and environment, offering itself as a privileged observation point in the heart of the Dolomites.
Its appearance is that of a volume sketched by nature lying on the ridge, an architecture that is strongly characterized by an inclined profile that can adapt to the orography of the Marmarole. This particular section has a strong value also in the internal spatiality, entirely organized along the longitudinal direction, constituting an ideal axis between the site and the settlement downstream of Auronzo.
Il progetto per la ricostruzione del bivacco Fanton si fonda sulla percezione e amplificazione del paesaggio, in particolare sul rapporto straordinario che si instaura tra uomo e montagna. Questa architettura è concepita come un cannocchiale in grado di inquadrare lo spazio, di circoscriverlo, rendendo l’opera un sistema di connessione tra corpo e ambiente, offrendosi come punto di osservazione privilegiato nel cuore delle Dolomiti.
Il suo aspetto è quello di un volume sbozzato dalla natura adagiato sul crinale, un’architettura che si caratterizza fortemente per un profilo inclinato in grado di adattarsi all’orografia delle Marmarole. Questa particolare sezione ha una forte valenza anche nella spazialità interna, interamente organizzata in modo ascensionale lungo la direttrice longitudinale, costituendo un asse ideale tra il sito e l’insediamento a valle di Auronzo.
